Terms

Effective June 2026

How engagements work

Every project starts with a written scope: what we will do, what it costs, and when it will be done. Nothing is binding until both parties have agreed to that scope in writing. This website is informational; it does not constitute a contract or a binding offer.

Payment

Fixed-fee projects are invoiced in two parts: 50% before we start, 50% on delivery. Retainers are billed monthly, in advance. We accept bank transfer and major card payments. All fees are stated in USD.

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. If we cancel, we will refund any portion of the deposit not yet earned.

What you own

Everything we build for you is yours. On final payment, full ownership of all deliverables transfers to you: workflows, prompts, context files, templates, and any other work product. We retain no ongoing rights or licenses.

We may reference the existence of an engagement (without disclosing your identity or work) as a general description of our services, unless you ask us not to.

Confidentiality

We treat everything you share with us as confidential. We do not discuss client work with third parties, use your information for other purposes, or disclose details of your business without your consent. We expect you to treat our processes and proprietary methods similarly.

Results and liability

We do our best work on every project and stand behind the quality of what we deliver. We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes from AI adoption. Our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.

AI tools are third-party services with their own terms and limitations. We configure them; we do not control them. We are not responsible for changes to third-party tools after delivery.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in good faith between the parties before any formal proceeding.
