Privacy

Effective June 2026

The short version

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone. We do not use tracking cookies. We do not retain your work or conversations beyond the scope of your project. You own everything you share with us.

What we collect

When you contact us or book a call, we receive your name and email address. If you become a client, we may receive additional context about your work: documents, workflows, preferences. We collect only what we need to do good work for you.

This website uses a privacy-friendly analytics tool that counts page visits without fingerprinting users or setting tracking cookies. We see aggregate numbers only.

How we use it

Contact information is used to reply to you and manage your project. Nothing else. We do not use your email for marketing unless you have explicitly asked for it. We do not add you to lists.

Work and context you share with us during an engagement is used solely to deliver that engagement. It is not used to train AI models, shared with third parties, or retained beyond what is reasonably necessary.

Third-party tools

We use a small number of third-party tools to run our business: a scheduling tool for booking calls, and standard email. These tools have their own privacy policies. If you book a call through our scheduling link, you are interacting with that provider's service.

We do not use advertising platforms, social tracking pixels, or data brokers in any form.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request that we correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within seven days. Email hi@nrvana.com with the subject line "Privacy request."

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. We will not apply changes retroactively to information collected under a prior version.
